How long does the shipping take?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. It usually takes 2–5 business days, excluding weekends.
For example, delivery to Hong Kong takes about 2 days, while the US and UK are typically 3–5 days.

All prices include import duties and taxes — no additional fees upon delivery.

Can I order customization?

Sorry, we’re not able to customize products. Our production involves multiple artisan processes — design, copper plate making, sampling, and final embossing — which take about 1–2 months to complete per design.

Is it available without frames?

Sorry, our artworks are sold only with frames. Each frame is custom-made to complement the embossed paper’s texture and size.

Can I purchase only a frame?

(My current one was damaged and I’d like to replace it.)

How heavy is the picture?

Small pictures: approx. 0.8 kg
Large pictures (From The Peak / Shibuya Crossing): approx. 1 kg

When hanging your artwork, please use appropriate wall fixtures that can support the weight safely.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

No — you don’t. All prices at Ciaolink include import duties and taxes (DDP), so there will be no extra fees upon delivery.
However, please note that local courier service fees (such as re-delivery, address correction, or storage charges) may be the customer’s responsibility.

What shipping fees apply?

Standard size items: ¥4,000 (approx. USD 27)
Large size items: ¥7,000 (approx. USD 45)
Orders over ¥36,000 (approx. USD 240): flat shipping fee of ¥7,000 (duties & taxes included)
Hong Kong & Singapore: Free shipping
